Delivery Information

We currently deliver to all areas across the Philippine & nearby asian countries (singapore, malaysia, thailand, south korea, & United Arab Emirates).The moment you complete your online purchase, your delivery will be processed. We will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have provided. 

- Basic delivery: Orders will be delivered to your address within 2-3 working days. 

- Same day delivery (Luzon only): Orders will be delivered to your address within the same day. This service is available every day except saturdy and sunday, if ordered after 6 pm will be delivered the next day

- Pickup locations: For prepaid orders only. The order can be picked up on the same day from the chosen nearby location.

Once processed your order will be shipped from our store in Laguna, Philippines to your destination, areas outside Laguna and so,Visayas & Mindanao delivery time will depend on the delivery provider.

Cost of delivery

Free delivery over P150 and for Gold Members with no minimum purchase required 

For orders less than P 2000: 

- Basic delivery (Luzon) 1KG / 3KG / 5KG: P 150/ P 190/ P 345 

- Basic delivery (Visayas and Mindanao) 5KG & 10KG Only: P 525/ P 1035

- Pickup locations: Free

1. Cash on Delivery – in Philippines only 

2. Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and PayPal) and international credit cards including MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

3. Bank Transfer will be applicable to all supported countries

Tracking your order:

We email your tracking order status and you can also track your order using the tracking code sent to you by logging into your account into or app. 

In case you did not receive a tracking email, please check your junk or spam folders and mark email address as a safe sender

Can I decide on the delivery time slot?

You can choose a convenient delivery time with our delivery partner once you are contacted 

What if my order did not arrive? 

If your order was not delivered within the time agreed with the delivery partner, kindly email us on or contact us on 0063 916480 5203 / 0063 951243 7376 and we will sort it out for you. 

Where are orders delivered?

Orders are delivered to your home or business address and no orders are delivered to a PO Box as someone has to be present to receive the order 

What documents are required to receive my order?

You can present confirmation email or a valid ID when picking up your order. A signature is required. 

How long can you keep my order for pickup? 

Your order will be available for pickup at the timeslot agreed and will be kept at the store for 2 days. In case you missed the pickup time, kindly email us on or contact us on 0063 916480 5203 / 0063 951243 7376 to rebook a pickup timeslot.

Will I be charged for missing a delivery?

No, will be responsible in the case of delivery failure.
